Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Wagner set up and managed a mezzanine fund focusing on German SMEs at Altium Capital. Mr. Wagner started his career at Bain & Co and then moved to Metro / Beisheim Group, where he held various roles in business development. He was also a founding member of Metro’s corporate venture fund. Mr. Wagner holds an MA in Finance & Accounting and a PhD from University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is fluent in German, English, Italian and French.
